Research Interests

Biography

Rebecca is the manager for the CyberInfrastructure Division Software Engineering team which has contributed to NIH, DoD, and NSF funded projects.  Prior to joining VBI, she co-managed the Domino server team for the Lotus Notes product at Iris Associates / Lotus / IBM.  At Digital Equipment Corporation, she was a software engineer and manager for various system software projects, primarily software development tools.  She also served as the Technical Director for the Technical Languages and Environments group and was a member of the Alpha Performance Swat Team.  In addition, she worked on assignment to MCC (the Microelectronic and Computer technology Corporation) responsible for research and technology transfer for the Advanced Computer Architecture program.
